Refund Policy

At Ephemee, tips and donations made to creators are considered voluntary contributions. Because these payments are intended as direct support for creators, they are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Payments

All tips and donations are final. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or canceled by Ephemee or the creator.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in limited cases such as duplicate charges or technical errors caused by our payment processor. If you believe an error has occurred, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment directly with your bank or card issuer, please be aware that Ephemee may suspend or terminate your account if chargebacks are found to be fraudulent or abusive.
